EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - With just a month until Election Day, a forum was held Tuesday night at the Evansville Vanderburgh Public Library. As the election draws near in Evansville, candidates for Evansville’s city council at large seat spoke at the forum hosted by the League of Women Voters.
Four of the six candidates for that seat were in attendance tonight. Courtney Johnson and Ron Beane could not attend, but they were invited. The forum was an hour long and the League of Women Voters asked each candidate questions about some of the more pertinent issues in Evansville.
