About this event
This free community event by Nazarene Baptist Church will explore how ordinary citizens helped shape our nation through voter registration, civic engagement, and community action. Together, we will reflect on the legacy of voting-rights champions such as Fannie Lou Hamer, Amelia Boynton Robinson, and Diane Nash, and discuss the importance of protecting and expanding voter participation today. Lunch will be provided.
